Job Overview:

We are seeking knowledgeable and proficient individuals to join our team as Opposing Force Role Players. The successful candidates will have a strong background in small unit tactics and either weapons and tactical training or training in covert and discrete operations. This role involves participating in advanced training scenarios to create realistic adversarial environments for our clients. Specialized training is considered an asset. A high level of planning and coordination ability is required to ensure the success of training exercises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participation in Training Scenarios:
    • Act as opposing force in various training exercises to simulate real-life combat situations.
    • Utilize small unit tactics to challenge trainees effectively.
    • Follow scripts and scenario guidelines provided by the training coordinators.
  • Tactical Proficiency:
    • Demonstrate proficiency in weapons handling, tactical movements, and covert operations as required.
    • Employ realistic tactics, techniques, and procedures to enhance the training experience.
  • Planning and Coordination:
    • Collaborate with training coordinators to develop and refine training scenarios.
    • Plan and coordinate tactical movements and operations to ensure realistic and challenging scenarios.
    • Ensure all role players are briefed and prepared for their roles in each exercise.
  • Adherence to Safety Protocols:
    • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during training exercises.
    • Ensure a safe and controlled environment for all participants.
  • Collaboration and Feedback:
    • Work closely with trainers, coordinators, and other role players to ensure successful execution of training scenarios.
    • Provide feedback on training scenarios to help improve future exercises.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge and Proficiency:
    • Strong understanding and experience in small unit tactics.
    • Proficiency in weapons handling and tactical operations or covert and discrete operations.
  • Training and Experience:
    • Formal weapons and tactical training or training in covert and discrete operations.
    • Specialized training (e.g., military, law enforcement, special forces) is considered an asset.
  • Planning and Coordination:
    • High level of planning and coordination ability.
    • Experience in developing and executing detailed operational plans.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with trainers and other role players.
    • Good listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliability and Punctuality:
    • Dependable and punctual with a strong commitment to the role.
    • Ability to adhere to the schedule and complete assigned tasks.
  • Adaptability:
    • Flexible and adaptable to different scenarios and role-playing requirements.
    • Ability to perform in various environments and conditions.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Basic physical fitness to participate in different training scenarios.
    • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods.

Assets:

  • Specialized training in areas such as special forces, military, or law enforcement.
  • Experience in conducting or participating in realistic training exercises.
  • Familiarity with advanced tactical equipment and technologies.
