Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Infantry Training Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive military experience, particularly in Close Quarters Battle (CQB), to develop new tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). This role is crucial for enhancing the tactical proficiency and operational readiness of our military clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs):
- Create and refine infantry TTPs with a focus on CQB and other relevant combat scenarios.
- Ensure TTPs are relevant, effective, and adaptable to various operational environments.
- Collaborate with other military experts to integrate best practices and innovative strategies.
- Delivering Training:
- Conduct training sessions on infantry tactics, combat operations, and CQB techniques.
- Utilize various training methods, including classroom instruction, field exercises, and simulation training.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different military units.
- Supervising Training Activities:
- Oversee the implementation of training programs to ensure they are conducted efficiently and effectively.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees during training exercises.
- Ensure all training activities comply with safety regulations and operational standards.
- Assessing Performance:
- Evaluate the performance of trainees through observation, tests, and feedback sessions.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop performance metrics and standards to measure trainee progress and program effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Military Expertise:
- Extensive experience in infantry operations with a strong focus on CQB.
- In-depth knowledge of infantry tactics, techniques, and procedures.
- Experience in various combat operations, including defensive, offensive, and reconnaissance missions.
- Training and Instruction:
- Previous experience in military training and instruction roles is highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in conducting both theoretical and practical training sessions.
- Leadership and Supervision:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate trainees.
- Experience in managing training programs and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Capability to assess performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Additional Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
